1. HDPE pipes are connected by hot melt butt welding or electric fusion sleeves.

4. Replace the clamping tile, and use a pipe bracket to lift the other end of each pipe to the same level. Use an electric rotary knife to cut the end faces of the pipes flat, ensuring that the contact surfaces of the two pipes can be filled

6. Match points. Raise the temperature of the electric heating plate to 210 ℃, place it between the end faces of two pipes, and operate the electric hydraulic device to fully contact the heating plate at the same time.

Electric fusion connection: Insert the PE pipe completely into the electric fusion pipe fitting, connect the two wires of the dedicated electric fusion machine to the positive and negative poles of the electric fusion pipe fitting, connect the power supply, and  The electric heating wire embedded in the electric fusion pipe fittings heats up, so that the material at the contact between the electric fusion pipe fittings and the pipe is fused into one after heating.
